You may find dog grooming tables sold without an arm, but inspect the exact package contents rather than relying on the main photo. Some listings show optional accessories; others sell a table and arm together even when the title emphasizes only the table. The useful question is whether the package supplies the compatible equipment you need.
Why choose a table-only package?
A table-only listing may make sense if you already own an arm that the table manufacturer approves, or if you need a replacement platform for a documented system. It can also prevent paying for an arm that will not serve your intended setup. It is not automatically the cheaper option once a suitable arm, clamp and other required parts are added.
Do not buy without an arm merely to avoid thinking about safe handling. An arm is not mandatory for every possible grooming arrangement, but the appropriate setup depends on the individual dog, task and professional guidance. Neither an arm nor a loop substitutes for continuous supervision.

Also compare convenience: a compatible bundle may reduce ordering uncertainty, while a table-only purchase can suit someone who already has documented matching equipment. The decision is about the completed station, not the lowest headline amount.
